The guard rail

One ceiling, and no clock on it

A month’s credits are yours to spend whenever the work is. There is no daily limit: a night that runs long, or a Tuesday that catches up on a whole week, spends the same credits as the same work spread thinly, so it is charged the same way.

Past the line

Running out mid-goal should cost you money, not the night

An overnight team stopping at 3am is the failure this product exists to avoid. So past your allowance, agents keep working and the extra is added to your next invoice at your plan’s own rate. There is no going-over premium.

  • Your own rate, which is your plan’s price divided by its credits: Starter at $0.0033 a credit, Pro at $0.0025 a credit, and Scale at $0.0022 a credit.
  • A ceiling you set, checked at spend time, so two agents can never both slip under the same limit.
  • Off by default. Leave it off and agents hand over partial work at the limit instead of spending a cent you did not agree to.

Or just top up

One-time packs, for a month that ran long without changing the plan it runs on. Bought credits never expire, and plan credits are always spent first.

  • 1,800 credits~3 hours of agent time$10
  • 8,400 credits~14 hours of agent time$40
  • 36,000 credits~60 hours of agent time$150

Packs are priced above every subscription on purpose, so subscribing is always the better deal.

FAQ

Questions about the bill

What exactly am I paying for with Lanes?
Lanes plans are sold as hours of agent time. Underneath, agents spend credits, and one credit is about one agent step: a click, a page read, a message written. One hour of agent time is 600 credits. There is no seat fee, no per-contact fee, and no charge for prospects an agent looked at and rejected.
Is there a daily limit?
No, Lanes has no daily limit. The month's credits are yours to spend whenever the work is — all of them in one Tuesday of catch-up if that is how the week went. There used to be a daily ceiling as a runaway-loop guard; it turned out to mostly catch people doing real work at 2am, and a loop is caught by the per-minute rate limit long before a day's worth of credits is gone.
What happens when a goal runs past my plan's credits?
Nothing stops, as long as you have turned on usage credits. Lanes agents keep working and the extra accrues at your plan's own rate, then lands on your next invoice as one line item. It can never pass a monthly spend limit you set yourself. Leave usage credits off and agents hand over their partial work at the limit instead, which is the default.
Do Lanes credits expire?
Plan credits reset when the month rolls. Credits you bought outright never expire. Spending always drains the plan's credits first, so the ones you paid for separately are the last to go.
Does the trial need a card?
Yes. A 3-day trial on any paid Lanes plan comes with 1,000 credits and takes a card up front, once per account. Signup is open and a trial spends real model budget, so the alternative is a farm of free accounts. The Free plan needs no card at all.
Can I change or cancel a Lanes plan?
You can change or cancel a Lanes plan at any time, from billing settings in the app. Changes take effect at the next period, and cancelling leaves the credits you already bought exactly where they are.
